September Appeal 2025

The Maryknoll Sisters were the first group of religious Sisters from the United States to conduct missionary work in China. With over a 100+ years of faith and service, the Maryknoll Convent School in Hong Kong has grown from twelve students in 1921 to today’s enrollment size of 1,700+ students, with ages ranging from 6 to 18. The Maryknoll Sisters are proud to serve so many girls in this region, understanding that this mission wouldn’t be possible without the generosity they receive.

During 1980, Sister Sue Glass was missioned in Hong Kong. She is one of the many sisters who have been contributing to the educational success at the Maryknoll Convent School in Hong Kong. With her strong interest in education, Sr. Sue Glass offers counseling, prayer work, and leads exercises to promote reflection, spirituality, and team-building. These pillars offer the students important groundwork to build a success future.
