JANUARY 2026 APPEAL

100 YEARS OF MISSION IN THE PHILIPPINES

A century ago, the Maryknoll Sisters planted a small seed of faith and service in the Philippines. From that seed blossomed what we now proudly call Miriam College. This beloved institution grew generations of young women formed in truth, compassion, and love of neighbor. They are also guided by the Gospel and the courage to respond to the signs of the times. The Spirit of Maryknoll education lives on today through Sister Nena Heramil, Sister Sue Glass, and Sister Miriam Perlewitz, who continue to serve children and students in Panama, Hong Kong, and Bangladesh.
